Digital Printables

All digital downloads (PDF printables, planners, journaling sheets) are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. If your file fails to download or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll resend it or issue a full refund.

Print-on-Demand Books

Our print-on-demand journals and planners are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon KDP. Returns and refunds for these items are handled directly by Amazon under their standard return policy: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GKM69DUUYKQWKWX7.

Damaged or wrong items

If a printed item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
